Shipping time varies by location.
The shipping time may vary depending on the location of the item(s) since we have multiple warehouses. Our primary warehouse will send the bestselling items which will ship faster. When you checkout, you will receive the precise shipping time.

If after 60 business days, from the point of shipping, the order has not been delivered. We would have to presume the order is lost in transit. In this instance, we would refund or resend the order.

Although we strive to ensure that most packages arrive on time, some circumstances such as natural disasters, holidays, and weather conditions that are beyond our control may cause shipping delays. We acknowledge that our carriers may also experience unforeseen circumstances and delays. Therefore, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, and any delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping company.
TRACKING INFORMATION:
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfilment centres across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.
If you see the message “no information available at the moment” on your tracking page, it could take up to 5 business days for the shipping company to update their system. In case you have not received any update on your tracking number after 5 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us for assistance.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@travelofy.co.uk . If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 12 hours.
LOST/STOLEN/MISSING PACKAGES
Travelofy is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once the tracking has been “delivered”.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?:
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED:
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
